Dining Experiences at Saccharum Safari Lodge

Our philosophy of creating unforgettable memories for guests in the wilderness truly comes alive in the dining experiences we offer. The menu is an eclectic mix of popular international cuisines interspersed with Indian favourites with an amalgam of local flavours.
The Head Chef & his team focus on serving dishes with ingredients sourced locally and seasonal fresh produce. Each meal is freshly prepared with care, keeping in mind the varied palates of our guests from diverse regions of India and the world.
Along with the food, the dining venues really add to the charm of a safari holiday. An open dining area sits at the edge of Kanha Tiger Reserve and features an open counter often used for live cooking demonstrations. We serve a wholesome ‘Bonnet Breakfast’’ in the park for guests on safari, complete with freshly brewed French Press Coffee! A real treat and nourishment to refuel energies from the adrenalin rush of Tiger tracking and spotting exotic animals.
The Machaan with a view of the tree tops; the poolside deck & alfresco dining under the tall Sal trees are venues that delight guests. We are always happy to create private dining experiences for guests in the sit-outs for an intimate meal with loved ones.
Packed lunches on request for travelling guests, ensure the wonderful flavours from our kitchens linger long after you have left the lodge.
